Aeri Park I have been waiting almost 20 days and still have not received my order. I have already sent an inquiry email and also reached out via Instagram message, but I have received absolutely no response.
What I don’t understand is how I’m getting automated messages asking whether I received the product and how it was, when I haven’t received anything at all. Am I actually going to receive my order? If not, I need a refund. Either way, someone needs to respond.
I have never experienced customer service this disorganized and unresponsive. Please get back to me immediately with an update on my order status.
