Shipping Rates & Delivery

Our team is working diligently to get all orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

What are your shipping rates for shipping within the U.S.?

Our standard shipping rate is $6.99. On domestic orders of $75 and more, the shipping is on us.

How long will shipping take within the U.S.?

Standard shipping is via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail and will be received within 5–10 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email with the carrier information and tracking options once your order has shipped. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

What are your shipping rates for international shipping?

Shipping rates for outside the US are calculated at checkout before the order is submitted.

How long will shipping take for international orders?

Standard international shipping times have is from 5-10 business days. 

Does Pets So Good cover duties?

Pets So Good does NOT cover taxes or duties for international shipping. The customer is responsible for any additional fees and they may be required upon delivery. More information on duty and tax requirements can be obtained by contacting your local customs office or tax agency.
