Returns & Exchange

RECEIVING YOUR RETURN LABEL

If you wish to return an item, please email us at admin@petssogood.com with your order number. Return/Exchange can be made within 15 days from the purchase date. Please note that all shipping on Returns is not covered by Pets So Good. 


RETURN POLICY

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving a Return Label from us. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original packaging included.  We reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer's expense.

Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that your return shipping label fee is deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

Please note you can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. 

Shipping is complementary on the replacement item, but exchanges made to destinations outside of the U.S. will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply. 


OUR POLICY

Items should be returned unused and with all original tags and accessories attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Refunds cannot be issued for sale items.

  

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or were a manufacturing fault occurs within 15 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. 

 

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
